Do you have a catalogue of training courses and workshops, can you customise them to my business’s context?
I have a basic set of programmes according to specific themes, but each workshop or training course is customised to the context and expectations of the client. We discuss your needs beforehand (theme, goals, format, budget) and sometimes I propose exchanges with some of your employees in order to have more elements to make the programme really relevant.
Could you run workshops in English, in the Netherlands
for example?
Of course I can! I work in French, English and Italian, and travel all over France and abroad. Based in Paris, I can of course offer all my coaching face-to-face in your premises, or remotely, using platforms like Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and others.
I would like to set up a substantial training programme, of several sessions, in a short timeframe. Do you work alone or do you have consultants, coaches and trainers working with you?
I have an extensive network of coaches that I work with who can work with me or even for me if necessary. We regularly work together on large projects, dozens of workshops.
I have a time constraint to raise the awareness of as many of my employees as possible on a specific theme.
What can you offer?
Depending on the theme, context and framework, we can offer to address topics in seminar format, conference-webinar, half-day, full-day, short 1-hour workshops, and even interactive theatrical plays!
In which types of structures and environments do you work?
For all the training and professional coaching, I can intervene remotely of course, as well as on-site within the companies themselves and often in external premises for individual coaching. I also run management workshops in open spaces, such as parks and gardens. As far as personal coaching is concerned, I travel to homes, I receive people in my office, I intervene in care houses and other medical structures. It all depends on the profile and the need!
What are your fees?
The budget depends on the need, in format and frequency, for example, but also on the language (French, English or Italian). I take into account the constraints of my clients, so don't hesitate to contact me to discuss your needs.
